Did you folks see on the news where scientists have determined that the chicken had to come first? They claim it`s because it takes a special protein found only in the chickens ovaries to cause the chemical reaction of creating calcite cells that make up the shell of the egg.

Well, I'm beginning to think it does matter. We wind up paying bigger taxes and high prices for goods and services to pay for all these services and information that we really don't need. Then you start having a situation where both the husband and wife are working and still not getting ahead. Just think how simple life would be if you could grow all your own food supply on a 1 acre lot, just enough for your family's survival Wouldn't it be nice if one adult would only have to Work for four hours a day at a job to pay all their bills and taxes.

And you got all of that from the chicken and the egg? I really don`t think it matters which came first. At least not to me. And it has nothing to do with economics. Scientists are going to poke around in something that will cost money. That`s how we find cures and other helpful information. Some of what they do is a waste to many of us but that`s the way it has been throughout history.
