Could Deinosuchus live in salt water, or be in what is now Australia? (Hypothetical of course..)

Yes to both your questions, but I think it would be extremely unlikely for a deinosuchus to migrate to Australia.

I actually made a mistake in my question...I actually meant a Sarcosuchus. Sorry!

I know Sarco was found in the Sahara...but I wonder if one were alive today would it be possible it could be found in the waters around Australia or other places than America?
