Description: This looks to be cross section of one of the sea creatures I found. It resembles a sand dollar to me.

    You see lots of stuff with strange patterns and shapes in rocks on the lakeshore of Lake Superior. I am just used to seeing these as normal rocks. When I go swimming I look for sand, when I am with the granddaughter I look for skipping stones, when I'm fishing I look for a rock to sit on. A nice fossil may skip on the water better than a regular rock. I'll have to test this next summer
