First of all, I wouldn't believe ANYTHING Fox News says. They're the "News" of that Religious, "Creationist" sect of Politics. They tend to twist the truth pretty frequently.

Second of all, That depends on what reptile their referring to and the condition, it's in. (I didn't see it on the page. I'm guessing it's either not working or they're making it up.)

As for the possibility of any two headed animal, yes, that is possible. Ever heard of conjoined twins? I assume that the zygote didn't completely separate and only the head became two on one body.

Hope this helps!

Anything is possible. I've seen a turtle with two heads, and there have been other animals born with two faces, so conceivably it could occur. It's one of those one in a million things and then to fossilize, one in a million more soo..

True! One doesn't have to know Cellular Biology and Genetics to believe that.

Ricky,

It probably wouldn't live very long to tell. Most mutations of an animals anatomy like that causes so many problems that survival is on the brink of impossibility. Although, if it WERE to live, then I probably can't guess, except they BOTH would be different individuals just conjoined. That would be quite interesting, I assure you.

Two headed snakes while very uncommon are not unheard of. Unfortunately when someone finds one it is put in a pen to spend it`s life being looked at. I`v seen a few of them over the years. I saw a two headed turtle once too.

I've seen the two head cow thing to. I was mostly curious as to its eating habits. For instance which head received the signals to eat, which stomach did it go to, which head got the second go-round, third, etc.. further, to go down the road of weird distinctions, with regards to humans, is it possible to chew bubble gum and walk, hoolahoop, chicken dance, and strange challenge, blow two bubbles as the same time while humming the national anthem in chorus then as a round. I know, I'm not right in the head, and to think, I've only got one of them to mull these thoughts, can you imagine if I had two?!

I have to admit, after about 8 hours sleep in the last two days, mostly broken up into naps, I'm really off the wall right now.
