hi tyler,

we find hundreds of sharks teeth, not to mention other fossils from marine animals on the shores and small islets of the wando river near the coast in South carolina.

Wow... That would be so awesome to try to do, if I ever get a chance to go back to South Carolina.

I was only ever there once, and it was for a band/orchestra trip to Myrtle Beach... and we were only allowed pretty much within a few blocks radius of the hotel. ...And I didn't even find any modern shark teeth while on the beach.

Oh well... I guess it's still shells and sponges for me!~

Actually that depends on the shark taxa! Sharks have been around since, at least, the Devonian and flourished through the Paleozoic, Mesozoic, and, obviously, the Cenozoic.

Which one is it? I can't find it on your profile!

By the way, That shark lived during the Devonian, at the same time, though I don't know about the same place, as Dunkleosteus!!!!!!! How Cool is that!!
