Any old people out there who have written a book I could read; following are considerations:
Older person looking back on a life of deep and concentrated thought, frustration and in-action regarding issues involving sociology, politics, religion and the environment, all addressed from a philisophical perspective. A person who failed to live in the moment because his/her brain was always running and running too fast, getting in the way of life and running off with them. Any regrets about it? Way to avoid looking back and thinking 'what a waste of a life', 'I never knew my son.'
Or the contrary and support therefor.
What's so great about thinking all the damn time and how can you shut down your brain, or should you? How to focus.
