Who put the 'cave' in the description 'cave lion' or 'cave bear' or any other 'cave' animal, and why?

Because you could not have Ringo Star in a leopard skin breechcloth battling a simple BEAR with a club while Raquel Welch looked on (looking pretty good I might add in her leopard skin bikini!)

Cave men fought off Cave Bears and Cave Lions! Dont you see, it had to be! )))))

More concisely, BTSOM!!! But I thought I would have some fun with it!!!

I believe that that same authority is responsible for putting the 'bop' in the 'bop-shoo-bop-shoo-bop', and...er...was a collaborator in some way or other on 'rama-lama-ding-dong'.

As for why they're called 'cave' lions and bears, it's because large quantities of their remains have been found in caves. Caves oftentimes make excellent bone
