Let me start off by saying that I am no dinosaur paleontologist. My passion is the study of dinosaurs. I am totally amazed by these animals and I like to study them. I have done research on Spinosaurus Aegyptiacus. This is really a mysterious dinosaur. The only known skeleton was destroyed in a bombing during World War Two. It is thought to have been the longest predatory dinosaur thus far discovered at a length of about 60 feet. It was not as massive as Tyrannosaurus Rex or Giganotosaurus. I highly recommend a wonderful website that has a lot of information about dinosaurs. This website: www.dinosauricon.com has more information about Spinosaurus. I hope I have helped you. Thank you, Dennis Millay

Might I recommend going to
http://www.cmnh.org/fun/dinosaur-archive/2001Jul/

and looking for Spinosaurus threads? There is a fair amount there about the spinosaurus including details of relatives. I could paraphrase it, but I'd just be parroting the paleontologists.
